Nose Bleed

I have lived with nose bleeds for as long as I can remember.  In the last year they have been getting worse.  Sometimes they would occur many times per day at any given time.  Since using some Ferrum Phos. drops under my tongue initially and then using Quercetin on a daily basis they are almost non-existent.
